Hitesh K. Gupta, Esq.

Attorney

Hitesh K. Gupta, a law graduate from Florida International University College of Law, began his legal career working with a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Miami, and Judge Ramirez at the Third District Court of Appeals. 

Prior to founding his own practice, Mr. Gupta worked with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office as well as several local law firms, to obtain valuable experience in client representation across various legal matters.

Mr. Gupta founded his practice over 15 years ago, driven by a deep passion for helping individuals and companies with immigration law. He specializes in helping his clients’ employees obtain C1/D (Crew Transit) Visas.

Eventually, Mr. Gupta’s passion for immigration law led him to master other areas of law, including real estate, title work, corporate law, contract services, and more. As he began to make a name for himself, Mr. Gupta grew the Law Office of Hitesh K. Gupta into the legal powerhouse it is today.



In his free time, Hitesh loves enjoying his home of South Florida by going to the beach, fishing, and enjoying South Florida nightlife.

Paula Munevar-Kordi 

Practice Operations Manager

Paula Kordi is the Practice Operations Manager at Law Office of Hitesh K. Gupta, P.A., where she provides essential administrative and operational support for the firm’s Immigration, Real Estate, and Corporate & Contract Law practice areas.

A graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Public Relations, Paula brings a unique blend of organizational expertise and client-focused communication skills. She oversees day-to-day management, coordinates administrative functions, and ensures that the practice operates smoothly to provide exceptional service to clients. Paula’s responsibilities include managing scheduling, facilitating communication, and implementing systems that enhance workflow and client experience. Her proactive approach and attention to detail make her a trusted partner to the firm’s attorney and staff.

Outside of the office, Paula enjoys spending time with her husband, her two boys, and traveling. She is also passionate about encouraging professional development and contributing to community initiatives that align with the firm’s values.
